Vinnie is an award winning, Michelin star trained chef and ultra endurance athlete.  He has a longstanding passion for cuisine and the benefits of clean and environmentally sound nutrition. He has a degree in International Culinary Arts and has excelled working alongside world renowned chefs such as Gordon Ramsay.

He takes endurance sport and fuelling seriously and passionately believes everyone can reach their personal performance goals without compromising our impact on the environment and the taste of the product.

His ambition is to help you reach your personal goals - the ExN Way.

Ged is responsible for creating and managing the brand identities of Oxfam, Volvo, Eurostar, BiC, Astra Zeneca, oneworld, LondonEye, FIFA, BNP Paribas and the United Nations.

He is an acclaimed juror on many industry award panels and has a wealth of experience in brand strategy and identity, digital design, packing, literature and exhibition design and new product development.

About EXN ambassador Allison Spurrier

Allison Spurrier is a former Division 1 college volleyball player and current professional beach volleyball player on the UK Beach Tour. Until moving to the UK in March 2020, she played professionally in California as part of 3-time Olympic gold medalist, Kerri Walsh-Jennings', professional development program. She is passionate about sport, fitness and nutrition.

She has seen the benefit of sport and healthy living in her life and wants to share it with others.
